Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase on eligible items. We are currently unable to offer exchanges.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Bras
  • Panties
  • Lingerie
  • Tights
  • Items marked "clearance" or "final sale"

All returns must be:

  • In new, unused, unwashed and unaltered condition.
  • In their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, any tags, and accessories.
  • Ship via insured ground service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if:

  • Any signs of wear, use or damage.
  • Parts of the item are missing.
  • Past the 14 day return window.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Process

Step 1: Request a return, please contact us here.
Step 2: Provide your order number, and the email used for the purchase. 
Step 3: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address if your request is within the return window for an eligible product.
Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your item and all its contents (including box, any accessories) securely. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, less any shipping costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) from your return approval for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been completed.
