Shipping Policy FAQs
How much is shipping?
Continental U.S. – Purchases $39 and over ship free. Purchases under $39 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
International and non-Continental U.S. – Shipping is calculated at the time of purchase and will vary by location.
When will my order ship?
Non-custom items – 2 business days.
Custom items (Maxistyles, Bitter Tees) – 4 to 5 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the Continental U.S. typically arrive in 3 – 7 business days after processing and shipment. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What if my order is lost in transit or damaged?
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact us to initiate a tracer within 5 business days after the expected delivery date. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to three weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to us, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, we will gladly refund your original payment.
